Plumbing
We have a 100 year old house and it has the occasional fix-it situation, so we contact him concerning anything. He repaired our front porch and he fixed the wood railing and the footings. He recently helped install a faucet. Our bathroom tile needed replaced and he added a new shower curtain rod. It was a bathroom update with a new vanity too! Whatever time frame he gives, he does it and does a great job.
