My partner has not been comfortable for more than 20 minutes on the seat of her new bike. The staff at Ferris Wheels went through every possible adjustment to find a way to make her more comfortable. It took about 2 hours of adjustments, installing 4 different seats to try out, and letting us take them out and road test them - one trip was over 45 minutes away from their shop. They kept trying everything, and finally the last seat was the one that worked. The technician was patient, understanding, and explained the options thoroughly. We bough the seat, but there was no charge for all the labor or adjusting, installing, re-fitting over a couple hour period. I'll be going back for sure.

I brought my bike in with a flat tire to be fixed. The mechanic showed me how worn my tire was and recommended a new one, and I decided to go ahead and replace the old one. He did a little checking and adjusting, and pointed out brake problems, as well as several other things. I made an appointment for the following week, they did all the work and had my bike ready ahead of time. They respected my wishes not to do too much work and keep the bill low for this fairly low-value bike. I've been to Ferris Wheels before and I trust them to do a good job at a fair price. They are friendly people who support MassBike.

They did a great job for a reasonable price to make the bike workable and operable again. I am very happy with his work.
