"The prospective Client was told that the jobs could not be completed within the time frame she requested. Apologies for any misunderstanding."
There were two options, we had both people come to give us a quote. Steven became the obvious choice for us because he spent much more time telling us exactly what he was going to do and how he would approach each aspect of the job. One example of this was he knew to use a different mix for the glass portion then for the slate portion. The other guy didn't talk about this at all.
We had him come in right at the end of the year so that we could have the new backsplash for our new years party. He showed up on time and got all the work down for us in time for us to host our party that night. He stayed completely on budget and we were charged exactly what we were quoted. At the end of the job, I was surprised to see how quickly everything came together. A lot of the time was spent planning out how to do the work. Because everything was so well thought out, execution of the job becomes much faster and he didn't run into problems.
We were very impressed with how the backsplash came out and our guest loved it.
Steven even came back a few weeks later to re-caulk our tub at no charge. We are now using him for a smaller bathroom project.
