It was a simple problem, but it was fixed quickly, and I did not feel overcharged! Would recommend.

This guy is great. He was able to come the day after I called and arrived when he said he would. He knew what he was doing and even let us borrow some of his tools while he was working. Unlike most plumbers, he charges by the hour ($85) and doesn't have any absurd extra fees. The other plumbers I called said that it would cost at least $200 (in labor alone) to fix those valves, however he did it for $161.50 (labor and supplies included!). He even gave me a free inspection of another leak in the house. Needless to say, I was very pleased and I have since added him to my speed dial.

Overall, everything turned-out well. They were friendly and came right away. We haven't had any problems since. We have actually used him for several other projects over the years.

Called these guys. Guy answers the phone half asleep. Totally unaware I was calling for service. Told the guy the problem and exact part. Tells me he's on his way with his tech. They pull up in a regular truck. I show him the furnace, point out the part and tell them where to get it. They go to a different place which is closed, then back to the original place, I told'em to go. They install it, barely, with my help (only 2 screws). Then try to charge me $400 for service call, ''diagnostic'', part and travel. The part was $20 dollars. If it wasn't freezing out. I would have just waited til Monday, to go the heating supply store myself.
