The problem with this company is their attitude and lack of customer service. The first time I called recently and spoke to Jennifer in the office, she said that someone would call me back. Five days later having not heard from them, I called again. A day later Alexander Doyle called me. He was argumentative from the start. He informed me that he had been to the house to look at it earlier in the morning but never contacted us so that we could view and discuss the situation with him. Jennifer apparently didn't write down the issue with the front of the house when I mentioned it the second time I called. Alexander Doyle first suggested that I didn't tell her. Then he said that he could come back out to look at it again but completely refused to let us know when he would be here. When I pressed him on this, he hung up on me. He completely lacks professionalism. Stay away from this company!

It was great, he returned my call the next day. His guys came and had the project finished In two days. They cleaned up nicely. My only issue I asked for an estimate on a smaller side project and have not heard back.

Alexander Doyle was a pleasure to work with. He viewed roof damage the same day he contacted us and had a crew onsite 8am the next day which happened to fall on a Saturday. The roofers were polite, patient with my questions and extremely tidy. They examined the entire roof to make sure there were no other issues. Highly recommend Doyle LLC.

He did his work and it was fine. They did a good job. My gutters were clean. The price was good.

I used a big deal coupon to save on the service. Originally I considered asking them to fit a gutter guard, when some other expenses came up and I had to delay this project, they were responsive and scheduled the cleaning promptly.

I had no problems at all with them. They did what they came to do. They made some suggestions on things that could be done. How to fix a gutter that is damaged. As far as the work that was done, it was satisfactory. He did say that he would send us an estimate on fixing one of the gutters that is damaged and I have not received that yet. He did not really follow through on that. They came promptly. I would use them again.

No problems noticed with cleaned gutters.  They even replaced some loose downspout fittings when requested.  
One thing to note : up to 200 lineal feet applies to one residence.  Our condo has 2 halves sharing the same roof with a total lineal feet of about 200 but the coupon only applied to one half.  This is generally the case but since it was not noted as such I assumed it was some great bargain.  Anyway still a good deal.  Thanks.

The vendor returned our call promptly and scheduled a time for service.  He was able to squeeze in our service immediately prior to a rain storm.  His service people were very polite and careful.  I will definitely call him again.

The service was fine. They came on time and were efficient. Everything was done as it should have been. I waited a little while to use the big deal after I purchased it. Everything about the service has been fine. I also did not spend any more than the big deal.

Alexander Doyle Co. did not do a very good job. There was a storm the following day and my gutters were still overflowing. I didn't really pursue it after the fact though.

I was unimpressed overall. Initially it seemed promising as I received my first email the same day I purchased the service on the Angie's List special deals...however, words inside the email were misspelled. Mr. Doyle said he'd send over a crew the next morning. I was home all morning and never had anyone knock to say they were there. I then emailed in the afternoon, the next morning, 2days later looking for answers. I finally had to call the office and someone said they didn't know why Mr. Doyle wasn't answering the emails but would give him the message. I received my 2nd email from Mr. Doyle later that afternoon that said he'd been away at a funeral, again the email was misspelled. He said he'd arrange things. The following morning I and my husband were surprised as he left the house for work and we saw 3 guys on our lawn w/ a ladder up on the gutter. Nobody had come to the door to let us know they would be on the roof or anything. The gutters got cleaned but the lack of communication and lack of notification is why I'm giving them a 'D'.

They were responsible with their work.  They did a good job, and they came on time.  Their pricing was reasonable.
