 + 1 moreWords can not describe how much we liked Daniel. He is the kind of guy you can trust around your home and kids, and he does a hard days work at a fair price. He is EXACTLY the kind of person you want working on your home
Description of Work: We were looking to put our house on the market in the Early fall, and so in the spring our realtor suggested Daniel to do an exterior paint job. He came in with the lowest bid by far. There was a delay of one week for him to start the job, and it took a little longer than we expected. But he did an AMAZING job. He also had to tear out more cedar siding than he anticipated to do the job- he charged us for material only, no extra labor. After that, because of the delay in finishing, he came back two or three times to do some small odd jobs (putting shingles on a small porch that had rotted, etc.) at a very reasonable charge. Because he is such a nice guy, he came back one day prior to our first open house (on a saturday) and spent the day touching up and repairing a few things. When I went to pay him, he wouldn't take the money!!! How many contractors would give you one free days work on a SATURDAY??
