They are good. They answer the phone calls when I have a problem. I do not like the TV and cable charges but that is life. I am just a cheap guy and I do not like to pay for get. They answer the phone at weird hours. They try to help me. They are always pleasant. They stay with me even if it takes twenty minutes to half an hour.

The TV reception is very good and they offer little perks when you sign up with them.

Verizon's customer service leaves something to be desired. They are hard to get a hold of. And when you do get somebody on the phone, it's a hit or miss as far as if you can get somebody to actually help you. But, the cable service itself is good.
