All the work done was absolutely perfectly.   If we need to put the wall and door back upstairs to sell the house (and make it a true 3 bedroom), I will not hesitate to ask Shadrack Construction to do the work.  His company and his contractors cleaned up after themselves, consulted us often when decisions needed to be made, and just did an excellent job.  When I can afford to finish the basement, I will request that Shadrack do that work also.  Not a complaint or criticism.  We were out of town the entire time the work was being done and trusted Shad to get into our new home for several days to do the work and I felt very comfortable with that (he came highly recommend by a friend).  He did a 'walk-through' with us when we moved here permanently and I simply couldn't be more satisfied.  We had some other work done that Shad wasn't able to do due to his schedule and I am very sorry I did not wait for Shad's availability.  Lesson learned, I will wait for Shadrack Construction next time.
