Extremely happy with service....great communication and responsiveness, compassionate and very tenacious. Very down to earth and easy to work with. The years of experience really showed through and helped make the process as easy as it could be under the circumstances. When I was ready to give up Brian hung in there above and beyond, and he was considerate and understanding of any anxiety. Should any friends or associates need this type of service I will most definitely recommend NESS.

I located NESurveillance from Angies list. I called at 7:30AM figuring I would leave a message but Brian actually answered the phone. I explained the situation and Brian explained what the course of action should be. We agreed and he immediately sent me an agreement via email that I signed and sent back. I provided payment and Brian had answers for me within a couple of hours. This was a great service experience and I'm sure that I will using Brian's services in the future.

Brian kept in constant contact with me during the investigation via text, email and phone. When my needs went out of state he was ready with another investigation service to recommend that he worked with directly and the two were able to make a complete picture for the courts. I spoke with Brian on the phone and explained what I was looking for. He laid out what he would do and how he'd get me a full background check. He even pointed out his coupon on Angie's List so we could save some money! I paid through Angie's List and he immediately sent me an email to confirm, and then he got to work. The next day, he gave me a full background report on the nanny, including a newspaper article he'd found on her family... He also (helpfully) pointed out that she's currently driving an older model car, something we might want to consider if she might be driving our children around... something we wouldn't have even thought to consider! Should the need arise, I'll definitely contact Brian again!

It is a difficult step to take, contacting a PI to track your spouse, and I was anxious about it. Brian put me at ease right away, first on the initial phone consult and then when we met in person. He asked good questions, he listened, and he gave me good advice. He was up-front about the costs involved, and I found him to be very trust worthy. I had a difficult case because I couldn't narrow down the time, so Brian had to track full-days and multiple days. He did excellent work, was very discrete, and provided the information that I sought, including pictures. I highly recommend Brian and New England Surveillance Specialists.

I took a shot on an NESS after finding them on the internet. I explained the circumstances. They asked questions concerning the case and then made recommendations on what they could do. They were very upfront on what to expect. They explained the cost and actually worked to keep the cost down by not doing unnecessary surveillance. While conducting surveillance they would contact me with questions and offer suggestions. Their expertise and recommendations are what made this a success.
It was very reassuring to work with someone who is professional and knows the ins and outs of the business. You could tell that the agent was very experienced and has a lot of resources. I would highly recommend them.

It went really well, within hours of requesting the background check with very little information to go on, I was provided verbal feedback on the person I was interested in. After a few days of seraching, I was provided with a comprehensive report with lots of detail and valuable information.

Great. Brian is very professional, but also understanding and empathetic. He jumped on my project... which was a relief since there was a bit of urgency. He communicated with me in a discreet manner. I would recommend him for any investigation project.

Don't put too much weight in my review because our interaction was pretty limited. But that was part of the problem - he appeared only interested in tactics that involved communications and database technologies that he could use from his smart-phone. When I went to some lengths to arrange an opportunity for him to follow the investigation target home (the crux of the job), I'm pretty sure neither he nor any of his and quot;guysand quot; showed up, though I gave him a day's notice and he said he would have someone there. When I asked for an itemized invoice he never responded. For $300 dollars I got 1 database search, some text messages and a failed surveillance.
