Jason is the BEST!! The quality of his work is OUTSTANDING and his attention to detail is SPECTACULAR!!! We experience his slogan first hand.
We had first met with the local national franchise deck builder and in my opinion this project was way beyond them, wanted to use acceptable construction (18" off center floor joist rather then 12 inch off center which prevents sagging) and lastly their bid was significantly higher and did not include premium decking, hidden screws, picture framing, cladding all boards, etc. Lastly had minimum experience with "cable rail systems", etc.
With that said we met with Jason Kamps and he lived up to his "mission statement"... and "The impossible we do immediately, miracles take a little longer". Jason created a "miracle" and designed, engineered and built a spectacular second story deck with a spiral staircase that maximized our ocean view. The way Jason designed the deck it did not obstruct the view from our first floor or block out light. The deck is seamless as it incorporates all the design elements of our home and the existing lower deck. His attention to detail "exceeded our expectations" in all respects as the deck is literally a beautiful "piece of art" to look at and we get compliments from everyone that sees it. Additionally his "customer service" is unsurpassed. Jason team is hard working, courteous and shares Jason's construction and quality values. Over the years we have had several construction projects. None went as smooth as this. The total process went as planned and on schedule and within budget.
