SOLARWRIGHTS

The sales rep, Robbie, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Came to our house promptly and thoroughly inspected our situation, including borrowing a ladder and climbing up on the roof. We did not get other quotes because a friend had also had a good experience with them, when they were formerly Cosmos Solar (they have recently merged with SolarWrights which is larger and based in RI, I think). The crew did the installation within a few weeks, completed within 2 days, and cleaned up well afterwards. There was a problem with the system working properly that we discovered within two weeks of installation, and they had a technician out the same day we called, who fixed the problem on the spot, though it took a couple of hours. Apparently some fragment, possibly from the pipe insulation put on during installation, was blocking the proper circulation of fluid. Anyways it has now been over a month and the system is working well. I would recomend this company, although I think they are working out some kinks in their merger.
