Mr. Burns did not complete the job and would not answer my phone calls after months of the job not being completed. When I was able to get a hold of him he would say he was going to show and never would. In early January Mr. Burns contacted me about a resolution of returning money to myself or completing the job. Since I did not feel comfortable with Mr. Burns entering my home due to his lack of professionalism we settled on him repaying $1,000. Mr. Burns then decided to renig on this agreement and refused my phone calls once again. I have started court proceedings against Mr. Burns for recovery of amounts paid.
