They should have been giving me receipts all along, and they haven't been. They were switching out the vanities and they told me one price and charged me another. Nothing was in writing. I am waiting on them to bring me the paperwork. When you write a check, you write to the person, not to the company and cashed it the same day. They never called to let me know they weren't coming. They don't come when they say they will be. Follow up: Final amount was $2400. The owner, Paul DeRosa took my payment in full but they have not completed the work and I can?t find them. They were to install the molding but have not. I have since researched and found that the company is NOT registered in MA and not licensed. They did finally present a final bill but it?s not professionally presented, it?s very generic and handwritten.
