Long term members of NEPMA and the NPMA.We cover all facets of pest control including FHA/VA/WDI termite inspections, termite baiting systems, bedbug inspections, commercial and residential service programs, sanitation reports as well as a variety of services to cater to your particular pest issues. Fist of all, when I called, on a Friday,the office staff was respectful and very accommodating.
They explained the scope of services and provided me with a appointment first thing Monday morning.
Tim, the owner was punctual and right on time. He was extremely knowledgeable about our problem. He told me that the company was founded in the 1930's and was family owned. He was great!
He sprayed and explained the actual problem to my husband, and what we should do to continue to eradicate the problem, and educated us on the follow through to keep up the maintenance part.
There is a 3 month warranty. We were very pleased so far with the service.

Tim was excellent. We were concerned about potential bedbugs. We called Tim's office and they were able to schedule an appointment for us the next day, giving us a two hour window in which to expect service. Tim called the morning-of to tell us more specifically when he'd be arriving and was right on time. He spoke with us at length about our concerns then performed a very detailed investigation, completely disassembling our beds and thoroughly examining each piece.
Thankfully his search turned up no sign of bed bugs and he was able to put our minds at ease. I would definitely recommend Tim's services to anyone with pest concerns. He was excellent.

The provider was very professional. They got in touch with us to schedule the visit. Showed up a few minutes early, looked around the house, gave a possible reason why this was happening and put measures in place to address the issue. So far so good. No new critters!

The provider was professional and competent when he assessed the problem and set up a date to come back and treat the area around our house and garage. He arrived on time, completed the treatment of our property and told us that we would receive a letter from their office stating that the treatment was performed. He also gave me a receipt for the treatment. I would definitely hire them again.

Service man arrived promptly within the time frame I was told. Very patiently watched the bees to determine where there nest was. Because of this he was able to determine exactly where the nest was located and was able to address the problem without much structural removal. Frank was very professional, knowledgable and friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend this company to my friends and neighbors.

After vacuuming, boraxing, spraying and bombing for 4 weeks to try to get rid of a flea infestation, I gave up and called AAA (local company with good reviews). They quoted a price over the phone that included two treatments (one month apart) that came with a 3 month guarantee. They were available within a few days, came promptly and sprayed the first and second floors (we needed to get small items off the floor -- including in the closets) and some of the basement. For a month I continued to vacuum about 3 times a week. Scheduling the second treatment was easy and that went smoothly as well. We have been flea free for 5 months. Fleas do tend to die off in the winter, but if we get infested again, I feel reassured knowing there is someone I can call to help.

Two employees came in unmarked trucks and sprayed every nook and cranny of five rooms and front and rear porches. They sprayed all furniture and beds, removing underside of box spring to do so. They came back one week later and did the same thing. They will come to do it again in four weeks.

I bought the service for half price, through an Angie's List offering. I do not remember exactly what I paid and I am not sure it matters, since it was a special deal. They offer a discount on repeat sprayings, but I had hopes of getting my Mosquito Magnet working again. The Mosquito Magnet is still temperamental, and the spraying seems to have worked for the last five plus weeks, so I am probably okay for this year. But I intend to call them back, next year.

A technician and a dog came to the house to search for bedbugs. Very knowledgable, she educated us, and ultimately no bedbugs were found which was a great relief

Tim is the ultimate professional! He uses safe for pet/children products and is extremely thorough. At our service he covers the indoor of our house from the basement all the way up to the attic. He then maintains the entire outside of our property. AAA is an extremely reliable and prompt company. When you are enrolled in their yearly contract, they schedule the visits in advance, but are very flexible if those dates are not convenient for the client. AAA also responds very quickly if there are ever any additional concerns between the service dates. We recommend AAA Exterminating highly and without any reservation!!!
