The job went very smoothly. They made a custom template, and returned several weeks later with our hearthstone. If fit perfectly.

Everything looks great. I had a conflict with our scheduled appointment so we had to re-schedule and got a bit confused but the people at Ricciardi's made every effort to meet our needs and everything worked out well. My only suggestion (and the reason for the "B" above) is that I wish that someone would have called us a little more often with their status and a time line. Other than that, they were very professional and efficient in the installation. Since we had never had quartz countertops before, at the end of the project Mr. Ricciardi was nice enough to come out to review the project, answer my questions and make sure that I was satisfied. Yes, I would use them again.

Very well punctual, professional and reasonable

We have used Ricciardis for 2 previous homes and have always been pleased by the efficiency Quality cost and ease of dealing with Brian and his staff. Carlos came and did the templates with absolutely perfect results. The pieces were delivered promptly and installed at the appointed time. The work was gorgeous. We did have an issue with some accidental damage done by an outside provider but Brian resolved the issue immediately to everyone's satisfaction. I cannot say enough about his attitude and professionalism. I would not consider any other company when needing granite, quartz or marble.

Service was very professional, done quickly, only comment is that $250 seemed steep for 30 minutes work by two installers. Ricardi said it was their minimum charge. Considering how nice the work was done, I cant complain.

Initial cut, done over a year ago, was not to specification. A new stove would not fit into the 30and quot; slot from the previous stove. The opening had been cut to 29.75 ''. Brian and I talked about the issue and he agreed to re-cut the existing opening to the required 30 inches.
This kind of service is the hallmark of a quality business. I would not hesitate to recommend Ricciardi Marble and Granite.
