The signal control on my car was not working in that it failed to shut off after the turn was made.

I had to make an appointment to get service which entailed a wait of about four days. The process was quite professional and I was told how much the repair was likely to be before the work was done. The price, in my opinion, was very high, but the cost may be due to the price fixed by Chrysler corporation for the new parts. In the future I might look around some more to see if there was a less expensive repair service. If not, I would not hesitate to return to Premier. The work was well done and I've had no problems with their work.

Very well. They had a comfortable waiting area, and they even gave me a free spare tire cover for my Jeep.

While on vacation we saw an online listing for a 2012 RAM 1500. In the end, we ended up buying a new 2013 RAM 1500.
Mark (?) was our salesman and ended up making a very easy, no hassle deal on a new truck. It turned out to be a better deal for us to buy the new truck versus the preowned. The dealer uses what they call Pure Pricing. Basically they show you how much they paid for the car tack on $500 and give their best offer first. Easiest car buying experience my wife and I have ever had.
The only negative has to do with the service department more than sales. A piece of plastic was damaged on the truck's tailgate and we were told a replacement would be shipped to our home in CT. It is now almost October and this hasn't happened yet (our salesperson has been in communication). Annoying, but not enough to overshadow our initial experience purchasing the vehicle.
Would buy another vehicle from this dealer and have recomended them numerous times.
