This was a perfect experience from beginning to end.
Dick came and measured the area to be carpeted and gave me a very fair estimate, he was very professional.
The carpets were installed by 3 very professional installers, arriving on time. They were very neat, quiet and professional. They were very careful moving the furniture making sure there was no damage to the walls or floors. The installation of the carpets went flawlessly and they returned the furniture to their original place.
I highly recommend Paramount carpets and their team. I will use them again .

It turned out that their equipment could not handle the carpet's construction, so they found someone who could do the work, made the arrangements, and charged me the same price. They really went above and beyond!

They had really good stock. They were very professional. I live in the town next to them and I know they have been around for a long time so that was the part that overall I was impressed because there was no negative information about them.

We were looking for an odd size remnant. Greg brought samples from their warehouse for us to look at. Once we made our selection, the carpat arrived at the store location when promised. We were treated as valued customers. Greg himself used the forklift to load the carpet into our vehicle. Very quick and smooth transaction. Plan to use them again when we carpet our family room.
