Description of Work: This place is an absolute joke. Customer service is non-existent. You have to cut your own lumber with a handsaw, no one offers to help load, cut, find, nothing. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE FOR ANYTHING

Description of Work: I went to this company to explore the purchase of new shower doors for one of my bathrooms. The response of the sales person was quite negative. At one point it was suggested that I not bother replacing the current shower doors. She asked if my husband would be installing the doors--I told her "no" (in fact my husband died last year). She encouraged me to not consider installing the doors on my own--when asked if there were people she could suggest as installers, she stated that she could only give me names--not recommendations (understandable). She seemed to discount my ability to know what I wanted...asked if I ever used the internet... I felt that her impression of me was that I was incapable of handling purchases on my own. Within the past few years, I had purchased a front door for my home and a storm door from this facility. I was very pleased with that purchase and the service I received at that time. I have been told that this company was recently sold and that the people I dealt with worked for other management.
