What the sales rep failed to explain was that tiling is a 2 day job; first day is lay the tiles and the second day grout- making this a 3 day job. We soon realized we would be without bathroom facilities overnight! What was distressing is that the installers did not show up on day 3 to grout. After several phone calls back and forth we finally got them back to the house so that the toilets could be reinstalled. As a result, the grout job in the second bathroom was sloppily put down (grout was splattered on the walls and baseboards etc). We paid extra to have them move the washer and dryer out/in of the laundry closet and they didn't put them back! After complaining I got a small reduction in my bill ---but NEVER an apology. I won't do business with this company again nor would I recommend them. Once the job started the communication was TERRIBLE!

Outstanding experience. Mark was a pleasure to work with. Very reachable and is always on top of his communication - quickly responded to all my emails throughout the job. I was replacing flooring from a job poorly done by someone who wasn't a flooring expert. Mark was very patient, friendly and helpful. Scheduled appointments quickly. Crew of 4-5 people showed up on time. Worked fast and clearly knew what they were doing. Wood seems to be of good quality from what I can tell. There were a couple of minor mix ups and Mark cheerfully sent his crew back on 2 days (and scheduled these really quickly as well) and they finished up. Crew went above and beyond and even improved upon some work the previous contractor had done in another area so that it would match better with the area they were working on. Would absolutely hire again.

The people at Ideal Floors are just wonderful they make it so easy, Sabrina is so knowledgable, and very patient, she stayed with us for a couple hours because we were could not decide on the patterns, and color we wanted. The installing team were great my  floors look fantastic . I would use them again without question and recommend that anyone needing flooring to go to them  you will be very happy.

Ideal floor has provided all the flooring to my construction company for over 25 years. The rip up and installation went without a hitch. All the installers were very friendly and professional. They worked very hard to get the project done in two days prior to my aunt coming into town. Oh boy was she surprised. I worked with Jennifer Quigley & from start to finish she was very professional, charming and very knowledgeable of all the products the showroom had to Offer.

Poorly - lots of quality issues per multiple other professionals including my general contractor - they refused to fix. Owner threatened me to complain about ME to my boss and have me fired for complaining (rural area where everyone knows each other). He even made me post a positive review to make up for what he said I did wrong. His salesperson, was great and tried to help, but owner was terrible.

They arrived on time, worked diligently to remove all the furnishings, removed the old carpet and padding, put down new carpet and padding throughout and put all the furniture back in its proper place. They stayed until it was complete and left the condo in immaculate condition. I would highly recommend Ideal Floor Covering for any service they provide. They were highly professional and competent.

From the minute I stepped into the showroom I was over whelmed with all the choices for flooring and i was also intimated by it all. Within minutes of speaking with Sabrina she made me feel at ease and was able to guide me in the right direction. Sabrina was also cery patient with me and never made me feel rushed into making a decision. After what seemed like taking over 20 samples back to the house I went with Sabrina and Mark's suggestion and picked a beautiful hickory wood! The installation was scheduled in a timely manner. When the installers arrived they got right to work and did, what i think, is the most beautiful installation I have ever seen! They worked in a professional manner and were complete before scheduled! I absolutely LOVE my floors. Mark and Sabrina were so helpful and even took the time to follow up after when the work was complete! I uave have had numerous compliments on the floor and even one friend wants the same hard wood floor for their home. I was so thrilled eith Ideal Floor Covering that I am having them do new tile floor for me next!

It went amazing!! I have had flooring, and tiling installed by another company and Ideal Floors is by far and away the best to deal with. Truly from the start to the finish by Bryan and Ralph (they are craftsmen make sure you hang on to those guys) did a beautiful job we could not be happier..I will recommend that anyone buying Flooring should go to them.

Went to the Falmouth location checking on flooring that would be good for dogs. Mark woods,owner directed us to the new pet proof,wood look vinyl cortec. Gave us an estimated cost which seemed ok. We told him we were shopping around and he encouraged us. We decided they would be the best because of professionalism. Went back and Sabrina was our sales person. Brought samples home and decided on a color. Sabrina came out and measured. We put the order in with a $1500 deposit. Waited the 2 weeks and called to see if it arrived. Sabrina said she will check and call back. Wish she called us but it is what it is. She arranged for installation giving us approximately 9::00 a.m. The night before Jeff called and said they would be here at 8::00 a.m. They came at 10:00 a.m. It was pouring rain but Alex the installer who was awesome was all set to go. Sabrina came out to check everything out. The carpet and padding was removed. Sabrina and Alex then told us the manufacturer delivered the wrong color. Omg this was not good. Sabrina immediately called her warehouse hope it was there mistake but no. I asked her to have mark call us. He did and what he dis was to install the wrong floor so we would have a floor,! The new flooring came in and Alex installed and we love it. Alex, Sabrina and mark were great!

Amazing work! Jen and the Ideal Floor team were responsive, professional and did fantastic work. They were able to work around various other crews in the house and the floors look incredible. We were able to schedule the demo in advance, and with short notice. Then the flooring was right on schedule and looked amazing. Clean up was superb.
