I used the service department twice, and tried to have them repair my car several times afterwards without success. They cleaned a door lock that was not working anymore once for $240. This went ok, the lock worked somewhat better after this (although still not perfect). Another time, I went in for an oil change. They advertised and quot;drive upand quot; service, but I ended up waiting about 2 hours.
I tried to get an appointment by calling twice recently, both times without success. The first time, someone picked up the phone, and then put me on hold forever. I eventually gave up. The second time, I got voice mail, asking me to leave a name and number, and that they'd call back. I did, but it's now hours later, and nobody has called.

While traveling in N.H. The driver's power window sounded like someone had thrown a brick at it. There was big bang then a loud pop and the window disappeared down into the door. My wife who was driving was sure that the window had shattered. We drove 160 miles home without a driver's side window. I never realized that so many other drivers drive with their windows down; it is very noisy. I called Hyannis Honda, they had an opening at the end of the week (it is the busy season on the cape with lots of drivers here needing repairs). Brian Davis, my service representative, told me they had to order the part, the window regulator, I think because our van is a 2000 Odessey. He had the window raised to closed and had the electric supply shut off so we were ok with this temporary fix. Brian apologized for the wait for the part. We're turned the following week and our 14 year old Odessey is back in our service.

My car was damaged in an accident. Hyannis Honda Body Shop was recommended to me by my sister. They repaired the damage and my fender looks great. They worked with my auto insurance provider and my insurance paid for all of it.

My wife was going to take our Honda van on a trip so I wanted to get the alignment done. Hyannis Honda had appointments later in the week, but when I pressed for an earlier appointment the service rep said she could fit me in that day so I went over and waited. She got me in and out in a little more than 2 hours....

Hyannis Honda have a shuttle service to drive me home and the workers are informative.

They are fabulous! They are the second best rated Honda dealership in the country for customer satisfaction. They have wonderful customer loyalty. They gave me a very good deal on my car.

My experience with them was good. The job not quick, but it was not totally unreasonable. They were courteous and kind.
