Fowler & Sons Termite & Pest Control

Consultant came to inspect the house, assess the problem, and recommend and price a solution. Several weeks later a technician came to apply the insecticide for termite treatment. Both were professional, courteous, and seemed to know what they were doing. Only reason the price isn't rated excellent is that I did not comparison shop. Quality of treatment remains to be seen if problem recurs in coming 2-3 years.

Any problems outside of regular maintenance they are there immediately. The girls are very friendly. Mr. Fowler will return and take calls if you need more information.

We have a quarterly service with them. I would give them an "A" for everything. I would use them again.

We have only had the termite service completed, but Hector did an amazing job with the service and spent about 5 hours at our new home (we are not living there yet). We will have the pest control completed when our house has some other repairs done that will close possibly entry point. In the meantime, we noticed that our rental had some visitors and Fowlers not only has come back 3 times, but also called to see how things were. We will be using their annual service contract as well as annual termite contract on our new house.

Excellent - Jim came out for the initial inspection, found indications of termite damage, and then his team came out for a second appointment for treatment.

Fowler and Sons were great! I would highly recommend them to anyone.  First they came out to look at our property for insects, they told us that there was no current termite activity.  We asked about tick treatment, they sent someone out immediately to measure our property for the treatment.  They came out in a timely manner and returned all of our calls right away.  Honest and friendly. It was a great experience.

I've dealt with Fowler and Sons at least ten times at various properties over the past five years and they are always professional, cost reasonable, and very helpful.  They spray my house for ants every year: each year they show up on time, get the job done, and are extremely courteous.  The office staff is very helpful and responsive.
Additionally, it's worth noting that Fowler has NEVER tried to upsell their product to me.  I had a termite inspection done at one property and was told I had no cause for alarm and nothing to treat (since I know nothing about termites they could have easily encouraged me to spray and I wouldn't have ever know the difference).  
In short, Fowler is a class act and gets the job done.

Eddie, the technician who comes out every time, is fantastic to work with.  He has always taken care of any pest issues I have had for the past 20 years.  I will definitely continue to use them in the future.

I've been using them for the last 6 years. These guys are so good. I don't have anymore mice. I don't have anymore ants. I don't have anymore bats. They've been great. They've just gotten rid of everything, and they come every quarter and check and replace any baits and traps that they did. They're pleasant to deal with. These guys I would highly recommend.

The Man came right on time. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He not only told me what needed to be done to get rid of the ants but also told me what to do to prevent their return. I was told I needed 2 treatments. One treatment at once and another in about 2 weeks. I couldn't be there for the second treatment but they called to set up a time and came and did it just as promised. These guys are great and I am really glad that I called them. We have already set a time in early Spring of 2014 for a Spring spraying to avoid this problem for next year. GREAT SERVICE and highly recommend.

I had been seeing ants and had some damage on my corner boards, and was concerned I had carpenter or other ants in my walls, roof, etc. Mr. Fowler went through my entire space, attic included, which has 3 separate spaces in it. At the end, he told me I did not have bugs, just dry rot issues with my trim, and that I live in a remodeled house in the woods, and that I didn't need any treatments, unless I wanted him to spray around the foundation, basically just to make me feel better. He charged me nothing, although he was here over an hour, and as an added bonus, gave me his son's name to cut my lawn, which has worked out really well:). He could have told me I needed everything under the sun, and I would have paid for it, because I was worried and don't know any better. My experience is Fowler is honest, and I will definitely use him in the future. I have also heard nothing but good things about him from other locals I have told my story to.

I was very impressed by the person who first came to my house as well as the person who actually did the treatment. Both are very pleasant and professional. They knew exactly what was needed to be done and did not try to sell me more than was needed. Arrived on time and got right to work. It is obvious these folks know their business. They sprayed for my carpenter ant problem and will be coming back next week for the follow-up treatment. I already see that my ant problem has been taken care of.

They were prompt and they communicated well about all of the issues. I would definitely use them again in the future.
