The inspection was great. In total it took 3 hours to complete. They looked at everything including crawling under the house to inspect the floors and structure. A very thorough inspection.

The inspector, Mike Murphy, was very professional. He arrived early to start ahead of our arrival so he could then review individual concerns in the context of the whole house. He spent enough time to evaluate all the major systems and explain their features and then to recommend necessary action. His written report was emailed that evening so we had immediate documentation for the post inspection discussions with the Seller. Mike was pleasethorough and knowledgeable and we recommend his services.
