Byam Construction was excellent. The communication was great and they were very helpful through out the process. The door install was done promptly and the workmanship was excellent. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

Mr. Byam was very prompt on coning out and giving a quote. The quote was very reasonable. His team could start repairs immediately. Within two days the job was complete. The carpenter he assigned (Chris) was very friendly and did a professional job.

Roger Byam kept me updated on the timeline of the project through texts and emails. His carpenter Shamus does excellent work. He has an attention to detail and is very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Byam Construction!

Roof repair (lost shingles)

Roger Byam contacted me within minutes of my listing on Angie's List. and inspected the job on the same day. He is very competent and thorough. He identified the problem and clearly explained the work to be done. His representative (Chris Scales) that did the repairs, in very cold and windy conditions, was excellent. He was experienced and explained each step as he did the job. The quality of the work was great and the site was cleaned up well after all the work. Roger came to the house, checked the roof, fixed a bunch of small issues while he was up there and told me that it did not need repair or replacement at the moment. He refused payment for the things he patched up and merely suggested that we call a company that will remove the moss from the shingles. He was polite, thorough, attentive and honest. I was very impressed with him. Would recommend to anyone. He is great.

Roger Byam came when he said he would. He was able to correctly assess the problem. He had to use a good bit of problem solving to fix the issue, which he did. Roger worked in this cold weather going into the dark because he didn't want to leave before the job was completed. BTW, he was very personable and knowledgeable. Definitely would hire him again!

It was an excellent service. I've never seen anyone do as nice as his cleanup. He cleans up everyday. He really knows what he's doing. Their price is excellent.

Roger did a very good job fitting the new window into the space left by our old bay window, so that it looks fine.
