Dennis was excellent to work with. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. His crew was efficient clean and talented. These guys are a great team and really impressed me and all my neighbors as well. I would use them for any of my siding or roofing work in the future. They knocked it out of the park.

They supplied a very thorough and diligent proposal with a good, competitive price. We live off Cape so we needed a company that we could trust to do the work without being there during the job. We also have numerous skylights and valleys so the roof isn't as straightforward as many. All aspects of the work were completed professionally and looks great! We would recommend to neighbors readily!

Dennis is a great guy to work with. He answers his emails and calls usually within the hour, has great attention to detail and a wonderful work ethic. As an example he climbed up our roof in the pouring rain when he first came to see what needed doing. Everyone on his crew was excellent, and the roof is beautiful. They had the best price out of 3 roofers. Depth of knowledge was best. Did a great job, cleaned up after and have had no problems.

It went very well.  The work was completed in a day and a half, and included necessary replacement of roof boards, which was done expeditiously and at reasonable additional cost.  Very professional, quick to respond with insurance certificate, etc.  I would recommend him to others. 

Dennis was extremely responsive to our questions with exquisite attention to detail and service. His proposal provided detailed
descriptions of work and materials that other proposals omitted. He came to the site to inspect the
work of his crew and pointed out other issues that required our attention. Work was done very well and on-time.

Dennis is amazing. I have dealt with a lot of contractors who provide very little documentation on what their services will include. Dennis provided a concise, detailed, professional proposal that detailed everything that he was going to provide, probably one of the best I have ever seen. He replaced my 40 year old roof and front door. This is my summer home and was not there to see the work. Dennis sent me progress photos and communicated very well during the course of the project. He found some rot at the front door jamb as well as on some of the roof plywood. He sent me pictures so i could understand any additional charges.

I highly recommend Dennis - when you call him, he gets back to you right away. The quality of his work is exceptional. He also repaired some of my siding - at no additional charge. He cleaned up after himself like he was never there. Great job - will be usiing BelCape for future projects at my home.

They were wonderful. The work was of high quality. The workers were all courteous, clean cut and meticulous in detail. They cleaned up after themselves eah day. The owner Dennis was prompt and responsive. I give them the highes of marks and would recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I have a home on Nantucket Island and I did not know a roofer in or near our neighborhood so I consulted Angie's list. I did interview a couple of contractors before I chose Dennis Arlou at Belcape Construction. I made the right choice. Dennis was very responsive and did a very professional job. Even though their company is located on the Cape, Dennis made the effort to go to Nantucket right away and give me an assessment of what was needed and he gave a competitive bid. I appreciated the responsiveness and the follow up. He let me know when he could get to the job and how long it would take which was very important to us as we have guest coming and going all summer. Between us we found a window of time that would be best to do the construction and Dennis and his crew were there and had the job completed without a hitch. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who is in need of the same type of service and who values prompt reliable contractors. I would use them again and will if I ever have a need for a good contractor in the area which I am sure I will at some point.

They did show up early on the day we agreed to start. The crew of guys were all young strong and one more thing that really made me feel better is that they did not look like drinkers (we had a couple of contractors over the years where every one looked like they were daily drunks).
Very quickly tarted to work and had someone constantly making sure there was no garbage flying around. Scary how quickly they run on that roof but the result was awesome. every corner looked great and every line looked even. They also did a great job around our skylights. No leaks no problems (tested by hurricane Sandy)
Denis worked right along with his guys so we were comfortable that he was paying attention to everything his guys are doing.
Attention to every detail and that's what we liked. at the end they cleaned up everything and were gone. And everything looked like it was supposed to be there and was never any different. LOVE IT. planning to build a shed next spring and will be hiring Denis and his crew again. Highly recommend. You wont be sorry.
