I feel the appraiser was very thorough. I had called my insurance person for an update and was told the details would be online and the appraiser would call to explain. I had the report immediately but had to wait for the appraiser to call. Having not been in an accident in years , I was anxious to move the process along.(last car incident was being hit by a deer during hunting season many years ago)
