Description of Work: My Hoover upright vacuum needed cleaning. Although the cleaner is an older model, the technician was able to clean it to be used successfully.I also brought in a Dirt Devil vacuum a week earlier on which they replaced a belt, repairing it.

 + -1 moreThey have been responsive. They sell and repair the Electrolux vacuums. It was under warranty so I didn't have to pay anything. My warranty had ended at the end of the year but I had called them in September and we had never been able to get together so they didn't charge for the repair. They were very professional and courteous. They explained everything and were very good about letting me know what was happening and why and what they were going to do about it. It is an excellent product and it is a good place to go. I have been happy with the product.
Description of Work: We used Aerus Electrolux to take care of our central vac and do maintenance. I was having a problem and they repaired it.
