 + -1 moreVERY POOR I HAVE NOT SEEN HIM IN OVER 8 WEEKS AND HE HAS NOT RETURNED OUR PHONE CALLS OR TEXT MESSAGES , AND HAS HAS NOT RETURNED ANY MONEY THAT WE GAVE HIM WHICH IS EXCESS OF 22,000.00 DUE BACK TO US. THE WORK DONE VERY POOR WORKMANSHIP, HE TOOK OFF WITH MONEY.
Description of Work: He was suppose to finish an upstairs addition. Subcontract plumber/heating/ac, electrician, plasterer, and he was going to do all finish work, insulation, hardwood flooring, trim, bathroom tile, doors ect. He started job in august, I gave him 2/3 of the money and he has only performed 3500.00 worth of work. On top of it all he never paid the plumber/ac/heating there second payment. HE HAS GOTTEN OVER 22,000 DOLARS, ON TOP OF IT HE HUNG BLUEBOARD WALLS BEFORE CEILING, HE NEVER GLUED DURAROCK TO FLOOR TO SECURE HE USED BLUE BOARD SCREW TO SCREW DOWN DURAROCK WHICH WILL EVENTUALLY BREAK CAUSING TILE TO SHIFT AND CRACK. SO THE WORK HE HAS PERFORMED IS SHOTTY TO SAY THE LEAST WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. HE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HIMSELF. THIS WAS A PERSON I CONSIDERED MY FRIEND. SO IF H*** SCREW A FRIEND LIKE THIS I CAN'T IMAGINE WHAT HE WOULD DO TO THE AVERAGE PERSON OR SOMEONE HE DOESN'T KNOW.
