They said they were in financial difficulties and they said they will borrow money from me and they would return it that what our agreement. Jason Tabasky told me that they spent the deposit money for installing generator they're doing in on Andrew ave hull Massachusetts and they would refund me my loan after the Andrew ave job. So when the Andrew job was finished, he asked me to use the $5500 money for a generator install in Abbington Massachusetts and they said they would return it when they completed the Abbington generator. But they did not return the money and I've already asked them several times instead they completed generator install in 9 bay st. in Hull Massachusetts. The company president, Ellen Tabasky she told me that Jason Tabasky was using my money to fund other generator jobs but she wouldn't disclose the location. I'm a disabled senior citizen, I've been disabled for 12 years and both the Tabasky's husband and wife have known me over 40 years so I have filed a complaint with the disabled persons protection commission and state trooper collett has referred the case to the district attorney's office. My main concern is having my money refunded to me because they're running a Ponzi scheme. I've left several text messages and voice mails to Jason Tabasky and he has failed to return my call. I have hired an attorney from Jeff Turk's office to mail Jason Tabasky a 30 day demand notice. They failed to respond to the district attorney's phone calls and they failed to respond to the attorney's 30 day demand letter. I informed Jason Tabasky before I gave him the loan that the fastest way to lose a friend is to loan him money. He assured that he would refund me but he never did. The reason I loaned Jason Tabasky the money is because he told he hes unable to pay his rent for his home and office and he's gonna be homeless. He told me his phone stopped ringing and that's why he asked me for assistance. The sad part of the story is during the process they maintained a lease BMW for a company president to drive which is Ellen and now it appears that they have a brand new vehicle other that the leased BMW. Also I have traveled to the secretary of state office in Boston and they provided me a print out that stated the company have not filed any annual reports in 2017 and 2018.

These guys are awesome, I called them on the Saturday, 3 days before the hurricane hit, and they were out on Monday to get my generator all overhauled and working. For the 4 days we had after the storm without power we were ok and the generator worked perfectly. I was shocked that they called back at all considering the storm coming, plus they were right on time and did a great job.
