+ -1 moreVery helpful in both what I wanted and other information/considerations I hadn't thought of/through. Don Ritz was very knowledgable about the industry and my specific requests/concerns in general. I found it very helpful to listen to Don's suggestions on what to do/ what information to include/ specifics in the contract review/ oversight by Don to insure what I had requested was actually what was performed by the construction companies by getting it right in the agreement resulting in minimal oversight. This was much better than I had done on my own in previous home modification/remodeling/repairs. This was greatly appreciated.
Description of Work: Designed and oversaw/managed house (kitchen) and garage remodeling. Helped with questions (technical and design) and installation/construction advice and installation/construction.
