replacement windows
+ -1 moreVERBAL AGREEMENT FOR TWO NEW WINDOWS. I GOT HIS NAME FROM A FRIEND. I SENT HIM A CHECK FOR $250 (1/3 DEP). IT WAS CASHED OCTOBER 2001. HE TOLD ME IT WOULD BE 8-10 WEEKS. HE SAID HE CALLED THE WINDOW SUPPLIER AND THEY HAD NO RECORD OF HIS ORDER. I WROTE A LETTER LAST MONTH AND GOT NO RESPONSE. THE CHECK HAS BEEN CASHED, BUT HE HASNT RESPONDED AT ALL. I HAVE THE CANCELLED CHECK. I CALLED HIM IN THE SPRING.
