I purchased a coupon from one of the coupon services to clean 10 windows. My house has 35 windows, by the way, so I knew the coupon was just to get started. I hadn't had the windows cleaned in at least 5 years, so they needed it!
They answered the phone promptly and we made an appointment. They arrived on time and started to work on the windows. The back windows are actually 3 floors up from the ground, so they were up on ladders taking out the storms, cleaning them and the outside of the sashes, and then working on the inside to get the inside of the windows. The windows looked great, they cleaned up after themselves, and did the job very quickly.
