We hired Harry three years ago to rehab an investment property we have and without having to be there it went very well. The project was a two family gut- rehab and the quality of the work is still there - we still own it as rental property. With this house, we bought it half built and brought Harry in before we made an offer as we knew we wanted a very energy efficient home with certain design elements that not just anyone could give us. He was with us from start to now..(almost done). The result is a home that has a NStar energy rating in the 50's - (that means we have one of the highest ratings still using traditional heating and energy). Harry also found many design flaws in the original plan and gave us many ideas to modify existing space and claim it as something else. For example, the house originally had a huge master suite that we did not like - knowing we have five kids he suggested we put up a wall (small money) and create a second floor homework area - something we never thought of, but will be a very well used space in our home. - I would use him, recommend him over and over. His prices are more than fair - get three quotes and compare - you'll be glad you used him.
