It took forever to get the estimate for the job. I finally started looking elsewhere, when I received a call and the quote from him. I gave him the job, based on the referral. He did start the job when he said, however once he started he received a contract for a very large job and began rushing. I did inspect the job once finished, however I never noticed the gutter covers were not installed until about a week later. I then noticed the vinyl seperated where it should have overlapped and now had a 2 inch gap. I called him and asked him to please come back to fix the seperation. He called back saying he would be there in about a week or so. I waited called again & left a message, no call back. I called again and asked him to call me I had noticed a few other minor things that needed to be repaired, no response. When I re-read the contract, there was no mention of the gutter caps, this was my fault I should have read the contract more closely. However all I wanted him to do was fix the gap and a couple of small errors. Never received a call, now I'm trying to get someone to get me a piece of the vinyl so I can have these problems repaired.
Description of Work: This company was referred to me by a friend. They put vinyl siding on my house. I asked to have the gutters covered to eliminate leaves getting into the gutters.
