STEVE CARAGIAN REMODELING

Steve does excellent finished carpentry work. He is on the job until it is done and very responsive. We have had him back for several jobs. He is the first person I call.

The project went very well . Steve had some suggestions that made sense. The result is even better than we hoped for. The work is top notch and he was pleasant andeasy to talk to about the project. We would recomend him to anyone and everyone. He is a truesworth craftsman.

The project went very well. There were no surprises. Steve was very patient and supportive with us as we sometimes changed out minds; he had excellent suggestions along the way. He was great to work with and he arranged with others (electricians and plasterers) as needed. The project moved along smoothly; there were no delays; he started and finished when he said he would. We could not be happier with the results. He and his team took great pride in their work and it is evident in the quality of the project. I would definitely hire him again .

It went very well. We were very pleased with Steve's work and the sub-contrators he brought in. They all did excellent work and were very professional and easy to work with, giving us ideas on how to make the project better and save money. We originally wanted to put in a kitchen. Steve worked very closely with the town and gave us the information needed to decide it was going to be too costly to meet all the required codes. Steve monitored all the work and has stayed with us until he and we were satisfied to the smallest detail. He will be our contractor of choice for future jobs.

The work was done on time and on budget. They went through the trouble to make minor repairs, like replacing some rotted wood, fully securing the previous siding, making a new porch railing post, and straightening out door jambs on my 50 year old house, before installing the new products. Steve and his partner were professional and easy to talk with about door, window and siding options or advising me on how I might do some unrelated home projects myself, when I asked them for their advice. They did a good job cleaning up during and after the job. There was only one small problem that a plastic hose exhausting water from my furnace ended up getting a little squeezed where it exits the house. Steve was over my house to solve it the same day I told him about it. The house looks great. My wife is thrilled.

I told Steve what I wanted, and he had the lumber company he uses bring in sample doors for me to look at. I chose, he ordered, and two weeks later installed the new doors.

Great job! Steve was very quick to respond to our request, which was especially appreciated since we were on a tight schedule. The work was performed extremely well, and I will not hesitate to call Steve again for my next remodeling project.

It went extremely well! There previously was a visible gap between the door and the frame. Steve was able to realign the frame so that water could not enter. The door has a much better fit and will improve insulating qualities, particularly since Steve also added some extra insulation inside of the door frame. He was able to preserve and reuse all of the door trim. Steve also replaced four ceiling light fixtures for me. He also examined some insulation issues that I had this past winter and made some reasonable recommendations. I am very happy with all of Steve's work!
