I’ve gone through multiple house cleaners in the past, from the chain services which fly through and never really get it clean to one on one folks who I had a hard time communicating with due to language barriers, to individuals who cancelled all the time. Smith Cleaning is THE best I’ve experienced. Shawn and team do an amazing job every week. I have a large 3800+ sq ft house and I’m a meticulous cleaner myself with admittedly high expectations and if I’m going to pay someone to clean I expect them to do the same. These folks are wonderful. They get the nooks and crannies. They pay attention to the details and make sure that every visit is perfect. They are always here on time and when I need to work from home they automatically adjusted to clean my office first without my asking. They even brought in some packages left in the rain when we were on vacation! I have been using them for a year and couldn’t ask for better service and plan to continue using them for as long as I can ?

It went extremely well as they cleaned every floor. They vacuumed the rugs, cleaned the couches, made the beds, cleaned the windows/mirrors, dusted, swept and mopped the floors, and everything else you'd expect from a cleaning service. They have great knowledge of how to clean tough stains and usually have a remedy for any problem. They are very trustworthy and respectful.

I have been using Shawn and Ana for house cleaning ever other week for over 5 years. They are extremely professional, prompt, reliable, and very easy to work with. After they greet my dog, Bear, they get right to work. If I need them to focus on a certain room for me or change my scheduled days, they are very accommodating. Shawn is completely professional and trustworthy and I don't think I have ever seen Ana in a bad mood!!! Highly recommend this company.

They are thorough cleaners who are timely, professional and friendly. If I need to change the day that they are scheduled to come, Shawn is very responsive and finds another option to fit my needs. He always gives advance notice if HE needs to schedule for a different day which is very seldom. They are always open to suggestions of new cleaning chores (ie. if I want the screened porch vacuumed or the garage swept). Shawn speaks english so communication is clear. We are lucky to have them working with us....you would be too!
