Quick response and honest feedback on what was wrong with the heater. Richard was proactive in checking the status of the warranty and gave the best service.

Richard is very easy to communicate and transparent about the model of the heater etc. He is polite, on time and respectful to the property, also very friendly to my cats. The price is reasonable. He is insured and had the permit for the work. The job is done neatly. I am happy with the installation.
