They did really good job.

Matt and his team showed up early on the date to which he committed. The team went to work and completed the work in the time that they had committed. They did everything they promised and repaired and painted the ceiling that had to be taken down, They removed all trash and cleaned the room before leaving. An unbelievably, Matt's final price was below his initial estimate because he said there was less mold damaged than he had expected. I am extremely pleased with MCS and offered to be a reference for MCS.

Matt from MCS was excellent - he returned calls promptly, made a site visit to inspect and provide a thorough estimate, and supervised the work on the day of contract.  Matt had thorough command over the breadth of options available to remediate mold in our attic, and helped me sort out the most cost effective solution.  He provided complete documentation after the work was performed, which completely satisfied realtors, home inspectors, and buyers in our real estate transaction.  I would absolutely recommend MCS to friends and family, and won't hesitate to use them in the future.

Matt from MCS Environmental was very polite and prompt in answering questions. He did his work as described. We had a slight snag because my buyer performed mold air sampling too soon after the remediation. Matt came back for free and performed the additional work requested by my buyer. The test results that came back after that were perfect.
I can happily recommend MCS Environmental for any mold remediation work. His work is excellent by all accounts and far less expensive than others in the field with less expertise (another mold remediation company wanted to charge 4 times as much and take invasive, unnecessary steps).

I was selling my house in MA while I was in FL.  Things that had to be done were done at a distance.  When the home inspection was done, they noted mold in the attic.  Our buyer was very concerned about this.  I found MCS through Angie's List and they gave me the best explanation, price and warranty.  The warranty was an absolute necessity to calm our buyer.
The services were provided when agreed upon at the price quoted.  Since I was not available to examine the job in person, I requested pictures be emailed to me.  I had also requested proof of insurance prior to the job.  Neither of these items were provided.  Thus the low grades on responsiveness and professionalism.  
At the end of the day, the job was done at a much better price then anyone else and the house closed on time without a hitch.

I only had two vendors come in to provide an estimate, MCS and another vendor.  The other vendor came first and in addition to the obvious mold removal needed, talked about how poorly the house was built and the lack of ventilation.  He recommended replacing something in the roof that would require them to go up on the roof and remove shingles. 



MCS came after and gave me a reasonable estimate to remediate the mold.  When I asked about the need to replace the other part (can't remember what they called it), MCS looked at it and said was fine, he would not recommend replacing.  That right there sold me on MCS...I know nothing about mold removal or ventilation so I need a contractor that I feel I can trust. 



And oh by the way, MCS estimate was half what the other contractor quoted!

His name is Matthew Mars. We used him a couple of days ago. He was doing here at 10 o'clock to pick up his money. So, I have not gotten into the final stage which is paying. He already did the service yet. He did 2 jobs. One was about $1200 for mold  and the other one, I am not sure because they do not have a firm price to get the materials out. The second one was for radon and that could be anywhere. I think, they did not give me the price. He seemed great and knowledgeable about what was going on. He got the job done on time. Their crews were solid crews, pleasant, and did the job.

They were awesome!  Very professional and helpful.  Came in an emergency situation for us due to construction.  Highly recommend!

The experience was very good. I looked at a bunch of different vendors and they seemed fairly priced. They did what they said they would do.

MSC showed up on time, completed the work in one day and cleaned up after themselves. The entire engagement went smoothly.

On the day of service his team showed up exactly when they said they would.  They were courteous removed the mold, cleand the air and applied anti mold treatment to the surfaces.  They showed me the work and got into some very tight spaces to get it done.

From start to finish, I couldn't have asked for more. The estimate was quick and accurate. The workers showed up on time and were professional. They even completed the work in the midst of Hurricane Sandy and allowed us to use their power generator to keep our fridge cold! The barn's crawl space looks brand new and we are so relieved to no longer worry about the mold that had been growing there.

Matt was exceptionally quick in getting us his quote, which was very reasonable.  He also went out of his way to ensure me the lowest quote he could give me, discussing work such as painting over the special waterproofing myself, etc. that was much appreciated.
Matt and his crew were at the house for two days total, as promised, charged us what the quote was, and even gave us a gutter drain extender outside the house for a particularly problematic areas.  The co. gets dinged a grade for punctuality; on the second day we waited until after noon for them to show, then left, at which point they showed up but could not get access to the basement. : (  
Overall we highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again, although I suspect we won't be needing them.

Matt and his crew were great.  I needed the job done quickly so they squeezed it in on Memorial Day.  When I had to call back to have a lingering issue resolved Matt showed up the next day to address. No arguments, just great service. Their prices were much better than a lot of the other quotes provided  Highly recommend this company if you need attic mold remediation.

Overall, it was a pleasure working with Matt. We had some miscommunication at the beginning, but Matt came in and did the mold remediation as promised and on time as well as HVAC cleaning.  The guys were on-time and professional.

Matt and his team are completely professional in every way: prompt, courteous, efficient, capable, flexible, and communicative. Beyond this, Matt goes out of his way to tell you in detail why and how his team will do the necessary work, and exactly what you as the homeowner can do to prevent problems in the future. This is really valuable.
