Marcio remodeled our bathroom and deck and we are very happy with the outcome of both projects. He and his team are polite and conscientious. Marcio is always available via phone or text to answer questions and give updates. Budget-wise he is quite reasonable and compared well with other quotes we received. Our deck is hands down the best built in our neighborhood. Equally important, it is aesthetically pleasing. With regards to the bathroom, we are very happy with the tile work which required a fair bit of planning and skill. It is clear that Marcio and his team take pride in their work and do not hesitate to put in the extra effort and time when needed. We would not hesitate to use their services in the future.

Marcio Martin is a very conscientious builder. He is very professional, patient and mild mannered. My house extension was the first contract that I did with Mr. Martin which was completed to my expectation and great satisfaction. He is very responsive to email and text and I ALWAYS received his response almost in real time unlike most builders. I will definitely invite him for any of my future projects. I recommend him highly.

We were very happy with the process and the results. Marcio guided us to every step of the process and connected us service providers that are needed for a massive construction like ours (architects, structural engineers, foundation builders, etc..) He provided great advise throughout the entire project. His crew worked over hours, and on weekends in order to finish the job in time. Inspectional Services had a few minor issues before sign-off of the permit. Marcio's crew addressed those issues immediately the very next day, and inspection passed. We enjoy our newly built deck every day since!

Marcio and his team have the right attitude. They are efficient and love what they do. They are fast and responsive. They don't shy away from challenges and if they make mistake they fix it. My project used a lot of unconventional advanced construction systems and Mr. Martin and his team executed with no hesitation and with good quality. If they are not familiar with a system they learn quickly. They really care in making the customer happy because they take pride in their work.
