We paid for the service in advance back in December. We paid in advance and got a discount rate. This is our second or third year using them. We're not home when they do it. I don't know how long to do it. Fifteen minutes to a half-hour, I'm not sure. The workers that I come in contact with are professional.

It is fine. I pay upfront for the whole year. They keep coming back. They do care. If I am not happy, they do let me know they like to come back and fix the problem. I would recommend them.

They're somewhere between an A and a B. Their service is fine, but the lawn still doesn't look great. I don't remember what the price was, but I guess it's average. I think we are going to be using them again this year. We've used several lawn fertilizing companies before them but we weren't happy with them so that's why we tried Lawn Dawg. We've probably had them for a couple of years now. I think last season was the second year we've had them, so we'd be starting on our third year with them.

I'm not sure if we will use them again, but it has been good and it was definitely much more cost-effective than some of the other companies in the area. I pay on a yearly basis. Depending on our budget, we will see if we can do it this year. They work within my budget and when I do have some problems, they work with me to try to resolve them and work out a cost-effective way to get things done.

I have used these guys for years and the results on my lawn are amazing. They will come out and give advice on what needs to be done, arrive and leave quietly and professionally. I cannot say enough great things about what they have done for my lawn for less than $550 per year.

Good job. Looks like the grubs are in grub heaven. No more skunk torn up lawn. The slice seeding has produced new lawn in most spots. Some are still bare, but for the most part, there is new growth. We'll see in the spring.

They didn't show up when promised; (or) promises overridden by persons performing work. Company wouldn't tell you if morning or afternoon for service. Job short notice for service, Never same person, even though promised. Some service men rude and did not have time to talk to me or hear complaints. Local chamber commerce also has some bad reviews.

Lawn Dawg in Hudson is excellent. They call before they come and come on time. They leave detailed notes on what they did that day. The prices are reasonable, and I'm very happy with how our lawn looked this year. Also, the people that work in the office (like Katie) are very friendly and responsive.
