she is very good about knowing what my wife and I both wanted in a house--sometimes at odds--and finding things that met our needs. She was really helpful with inspection issues, making sure quality work was done on those issues, and helping with setting up mortgage (I did ny own research but eventually realized she had already found the best service broker/bank around). The closing went so smoothly, it was almost anticlimactic. I thought about doing this without an agent, but our sellers agent was useless--making up answers to questions-sleeping through the inspection--that it was really helpful to have a professional help tie it all together. I did my own web based searches parallely with her offices, and occasionally I thought I found a good one that they had missed. kristin's office had almost always already lloked at it, deemed it a turkey, and ignored it--but they would still show us the house if we wanted to. Kristin gets most of her work on a referal -word of mouth- basis, and sadly I dont think we'll need her soon(not moving soon)-since she has done her job too well, and I recomend her to anyone. A word to the easily offended: Kristin is very to the point at times-which is good I think, it prevents misunderstandings about what you want--but if you are someone who likes everything sugarcoated, then you might have an issue--but if you like candor and no nonsense--she is the right one for you. she also is a wealth of knowledge about local repairmen (who to use and to avoid--which was helpful). I highly recomend her services.
