It was a bait and switch . They actualy charged about twice what it should have been. The workers were not carpenters, they were painters and had no carpentry experience. The rep was rude to family when I asked him why they didn't have the right experience. He said we were lucky to get charged what we were charged BECAUSE the guys were only painters insteadof real carpenters.
It took a second try to repair/ re-do the work and it still didn't come out right. He didn't apologize or offer any rebates.
