Great work overall. When we had some problems David was quick to help. Even came to our house on a snowy Friday when we had problems with snow obstructing inflow/outflow pipes. Great guy!

When Mr Brooks visited our home to give us an estimate, he took the time to ask us about any particular problems we had with our heating system (besides it's inefficiency and old age). We mentioned the uneven distribution of heat as one issue. He made suggestions for a second heating/cooling zone and addressed some space challenges we had also. On the agreed upon installation day Mr Brooks and his workman arrived at 8AM on the dot! They were very professional, working quickly and as unobtrusively as possible. They insisted on cleaning up after themselves as they worked, even though I told them that it wasn't necessary, as I had planned to clean that area anyway. By the afternoon we had a new heating system and I think the house actually ended up cleaner than it was before they arrived!

I had gotten three estimates from three different AC contractors. One was for $7000, David's was $6500, and another price was $6300. David was the second highest price, and the reason I took his price was because of the way he could best explain the system he was putting in. He made me feel very comfortable. He took his time and walked me through it and answered all my questions. He was very polite and professional. I feel as though I got what I paid for - a quality job, done right. He made sure everything looked great. He cut the grills in the ceiling, very neat, keeping them uniform and away from the walls. Mr. Brooks also had his own electrician he uses, so that was nice, too. He showed up every day on time, completed the work on time, and left my home cleaner than the way he found it. I am very happy and would use him again, most definitely!
