He worked with me to get a inexpensive repair. Others wanted to rebuild the entire wall but D-Rod came up with a solution that was much less expensive and it good enough as well as looking good.
He had to come back to do some minor touchup but other than that it worked out OK.
that came lose over the winter, he patched them, paid him $400 and they
fell apart less than a year later. Recalled Dave from D-Rod did concrete
work and contacted him, he came by and quoted the stairs at $100 and
told me the first guy used the wrong type of concrete. He repaired the
stairs, did a great job and called it a day. A year or so later another
section of the stairs, area Dave had not touched also failed, stairs are
old. Called him back and he said as soon as the weather breaks he'd
come by and do them. Once the weather was good he came and did the
stairs and then called me to say they were done. I did not need to harp
on him to come and do them, he said he would and he did. another $100.
The first repair job, 3 years now and still good and tight as is the
latest.
