The folks at Curley we’re prompt and courteous and came out to diagnose the issue the same day that I called. Once it was determined that replacement was needed they were able to come out the next day and install a unit I had purchased with no issues.

They arrived on time and cleaned up after the work was done. They also coordinated with the town inspector to come out and approve the installation of the new unit. Overall, very pleased with the work.

We were mostly satisfied. When calling their office, we would typically get voicemail, but they usually called us back within 24-48 hours. Once we could get them on the phone, they were good about scheduling work to be done quickly, typically within a week of our call and the price was reasonable. We felt that their plumber, Rus, was good about coming up with some creative solutions for running the plumbing through some challenging spaces. He explained what would and would not work and helped us come up with a plan to make it work. We felt he truly worked with us to try to come up with a design for the bathroom that we wanted. We were mostly pleased with the work but had two complaints: 1) we had to clean up after them. Usually our past contractors have taken away trash and waste materials, so we were just a little surprised, but it wasn't a big deal to us. 2) the shower valves are not level. While it does't effect the function of the space, it does aesthetically look a bit off, especially in relation to the tile.

When we had our annual inspection from an out-of-town company with which we have had a service contract, we were told the old boiler was a hazard. We called them back for a replacement proposal. Sticker shock ensued. We contacted Curley & Sons for a second estimate for the same work. They came in approximately $2,000 dollars less for a slightly more expensive boiler option. The electrical work, controls, old boiler removal, and clean up were included. We immediately accepted the bid. It took a little while to schedule the work, but the heating season was quite a way off and it was no problem. The work was done efficiently and Curley took care of scheduling the town inspector, as well. We found the team that did our work was thoroughly professional, explaining everything and answering all of our questions. We enjoyed having them here.

One time my water heater was leaking so I called them while I was at work and I came home to a new water heater. They replaced the water heater under warranty (which I didn't have to mention). They show up on time and I like that I don't need to be here when they are here.

They are pretty responsive to coming when you have an issue. The only issue I've had with them is if you ask them that's kind of stupid and trivial in plumbing terms and they have to look something up they are not as quick about getting back to you about that.

The first time, they came on time, did the work quickly and well.  We've had no plumbing issues since.  To get them to come, though, we needed to call about four times before someone called back to schedule the free estimate.  That took about two weeks to do!  Meanwhile, sewage was pouring into the basement.
The second time we were charged $125 for something we should have been charged way less for.  I think $50 would have been more reasonable.  The guy came in for three minutes.  He said there was no problem and no leak and that the spray hose needs tightening from time to time.  He tightened it (something we could have done easily), and he was gone.  He really wasn't in the house more than 3 minutes.  There was no leak!

They came when they said they were going to come. I think I would try someone else. The repairs were OK but, not totally successful. They are OK. It's not a major thing, I was just unhappy with how it turned out.

I loved this provider. We bought this house 4 years ago, but haven't had any work done on it until this year. Many things in our house were installed by the previous owner and were other than industry standard. The first plumber we had, from a different company, was clearly pretty frustrated and ran out of time. The man who came to our house today was very patient with all of my questions and explained things clearly to me. He was able to make time to check on lots of odds and ends after fixing my main problem (the kitchen sink). He also left things tidy and clean afterwards; he clearly respected my home. I will use this company for all of my future plumbing.
