Peter was very prompt in his arrival for the painting estimate. He was able to provide me a quote on the spot which was helpful. He was polite and knowledgable about what needed to be done, pressure washing, sanding priming etc. He commenced with the painting as soon as the weather permitted. I found Peter to be very neat and he always left the job site intact before leaving for the day.
One evening he stayed late to finish the job only to have it rain over night. He came back and re-painted the areas without extra charge. I found his prices to be very reasonable and that coupled with the fact that he carries insurance and speaks English made it very easy to do business.
Peter does great work and I will be using him again for my own home as well as a rental property that I manage.
