First contacted Canton Pool, AKA Neponset Valley Pool and Spa, because they were the popular service in our area.  The first year they "opened" our pool, we were left with an algae pit for over a week, which we had to fight to have them clean up so that pool was usable.  During the season, the service crew was unreliable at best, sometimes not showing up for scheduled appointments, but sending us a bill anyways.  More than once, our pool was not in swimming condition for more than a few days while we waited for them to actually show up.  I'm not saying the pH was a little low, or the chlorine was off; our pool would have foam and algae growing in it only a week after it was serviced.

Eventually, we were told by the crew themselves, that we were better off hiring them off the books to come in after hours and service the pool.  We had also been double billed by the office on more than one occasion.  After we decided to give them a second chance by hiring them again for the 2011 season, we cut ties almost immediately.  Again, no one would show up to service the pool, however, when we called to ask about it, the office told us a crew had already been there that day and would send a bill.  I am a stay at home parent and know when someone needs to get into the pool, as we keep the gate locked.  We were flat out lied to.

We would not recommend this company to anyone.

They responded promptly (initial visit was 1-2 days from our original call and the work took place 1 - 2 weeks later) and politely. They are a pleasure to work with. Since that time, they have done additional work on our pool pump.

THE CREWS WERE VERY POLITE & KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE. THEY WERE PROMPT.
