I've been working with them for about 3 years.
It was beyond reproach. Joe's a great guy - should be an engineer actually!
But he is really busy.

Project did not go well. Contractor was a reference from another contractor which historically had done great work for me at the property and had personally worked with Boss Systems. Boss Systems did the following:
1.) Yelled at the owner at beginning of project due to miscommunication on key transaction (there were two contractors on site).
2.) The HVAC filter boxes were poorly constructed with gaps allowing unfiltered air to the HVAC system. This caused the heating system to malfunction.
3.) The AC condensing unit required warrantee work. Condensing unit make a load whirling sound during operation.
4.) Contractor installed a HVAC system which claimed would meet Power Company rebate but did not.
5.) The electrical hot water heating units installed were too small at 40 gallons.
6.) Heating vents were installed that had no heating or cooling duct installed to them.
Most of these issues arose after final payment. Boss Systems was unresponsive after receiving final payment. Would not return any calls. I recommended not hiring Boss Systems (or any company run by Joe Martino) for any project. This project was a total hack job. I am currently working through replacing much of the equipment Boss System installed.
