Cannot say enough good things about Atlantic Roofing. They were extremely timely in returning our call. They came to review the issue and then back to address the issue at the time they indicated. Extremely professional. The team that came to do the work were very courteous and did a great job!

I used Atlantic Roofing to clear ice dams and snow from my roof on two occasions. To their credit, Atlantic was the only roofing company to return my calls and schedule service. They postponed the job a couple of times when they got backed up at other houses. Overall, I was happy with the work they did - it stopped the leaks I was having from the ice dams. However, when the snow melted this spring, I saw that they did damaged my shingles in the areas where there was a lot of snow and ice to clear. They also punctured the downspout of one of my gutters in several places. The guys who came out to do the job were overly generous in the hours they billed for, but when we raised this with the owner, he adjusted the bill.
My impression is that the owner is fair and responsive, but we were disappointed that our roof was damaged in the process of dealing with the ice and snow.

the workers were very profession.  once the work started, they were very punctual and worked hard.  there were some delays getting started, but partly due to bad weather.

The company installed a new roof over my kitchen. They were quick and neat, clearing up all the debris when they finished. Barely a week after the roof was installed the thunder storms which had spawned the tornadoes in the west of the State plowed through here, creating problems with the skylight in that roof. The contractor arranged to return as soon as he could, identified the problem and dealt with it then and there.

I would definitely use this company again.

I have a rental property in MA and was notified by my tenants that they were seeing water by the windows indicating potential roof dam issues. I called several companies and left messages. Atlantic Roofing called me back the next morning - which was very fast given the weather up there. He took his time and talked me through what he would do; I asked questions about a permanent solution since I no longer live in MA and he walked me through those options as well. He said he could come back out in the spring if I wanted, but that it was an unusual winter and that I could think about it. He went out the next day and removed approximately 5' of snow all around the roof. My tenants said he did a great job and was a nice guy. My experience was completely positive and I would both use him again and recommend him to others.

They did a very good job. We were very happy with them. They were recommended by Angie's List. They were one of the four that we got estimates from, and we decided to take them. They showed up at 7:00 in the morning like they said they would. They were done and all cleaned up by 4:00 in the afternoon. They did a marvelous job. We were very happy with the crew they had. They were very professional. The estimates were within everyone elses. They didn't do anything extra or try to rip me off. They had to replace some of the plywood on the roof, and that was part of the price. They had the whole crew here, came in and set it all up, and then came in with a magnetic sweeper to pick up all of the nails. They were very careful with the flowers I have around the house.

He was extremely nice and came within a few minutes of calling me. He came with two men and they took out the broken glass and put in a piece of plywood to keep the rain from coming in. He got back to me in a few hours. He coming tomorrow morning to put the window in. He was very reliable and came when he said. He said he would get back to me and he did. He is coming tomorrow as soon as possible. That is great. It's expensive but I don't know what anyone else charges. It was worth it that he came when he came. The man that answered my call and came out was named Bill Frafranski. He was fabulous.

The job unfolded exactly as promised. A quality job carried out in the time promised (with only 1 day delay due to rain). The cleanup at the end of each day (3 days total due to rain) was perfect - if we didn't see new shingles on the roof, it would have been difficult to believe the crew had been there. Bill Safranski is courteous, punctual and always calls ahead to let you know when he's coming or if he will be delayed.

Bill responded within 24 hours of my first call, and came out right away for an estimate. The estimate was the most detailed I got, and the price was equal to, or better than other estimates I received. Bill set up the job as soon as weather permitted because my roof was in bad shape and starting to leak. They were very professional, managed to get the whole job done in one day (except for the skylight, which was a special order), and cleaned up perfectly after themselves. I have a dog, so I was particularly worried about nails. They managed to pick up every one (using a magnetic roller)!

When I called, owner Bill Safranski answered phone. He came to house on time. In discussing the job, he was knowledgeable & showed a familiarity with old houses. The discussion was extensive & his quote was detailed. The price was in line with other estimates. He & his crew came to do the job on time, the work was done to specifications, & they cleaned up perfectly. I would use him again & I recommend him highly.

He always returned calls and emails. He made it easy to get in touch with him. He had to search a long time to match the shingling we had. He did an excellent job. We don't notice a difference. He came when he said he would. We were thrilled with the work.
