Chaves was excellent at all stages. My proposal was sent quickly, and all my follow up questions were answered promptly too. Nelson was my sales rep-friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable. My operations contact, Rob, kept me alerted about the schedule. My installation techs, Mike & Tony, were always on time, did an awesome job, and cleaned up 100% when finished. I cannot think of anything they could have actually done any better. My town plumbing inspector was very happy with their workmanship as well. When it comes to replacing my first floor unit, I will be calling Nelson at Chaves HVAC again, without hesitation. They were extremely professional, and I strongly feel I got the best, state of the art installation from a fine local company at a fair price.
