Ultimate Reglaze resurfaced my bath tub back in 2015. My tenants use tub mats with suction cups causing damage to reglazed surfaced. Ultimate Reglaze came out and fixed the damage area. Very Happy with their service.

We had similar work done by this company several years ago and they did a fantastic job so we called them back.
The work seemed to go fine although I don't think it was the same person as the previous job.  Within a few weeks there was some cracking around the drain. I have called several times requesting that someone come out to fix it and to date no one has ever called us back. I left another  message this morning even though we are beyond the warranty period in the hopes that they will stand by their work.  I was reluctant to put a bad review here because I know sometimes small businesses have issues with illness or injuries but I am frustrated that none of my calls were returned.


We got an appointment and they stood by the warranty.  They repaired the issue and mentioned sometimes there are issues with the paint around older drains. It looks good and I am pleased with the outcome. They also said they would come back if it continued being a problem and suggested if it happened again we might want to replace the drain. I am pleased with the outcome and would call Ultimate Reglaze again if I want to do this to our other bathroom.

Keith was awesome!  Fantastic work and extremely professional!  We will use again for sure!

The work was great, the reglazed is still strong after over a year. Without this option, I would have had to replace walls and spent weeks and thousands of dollars to give this bathroom a face lift. I admit I wish I had chosen white, since then I have learned that I really benefit from a decorator when it comes to choosing colors.

Keith was a pleasure to work with. He returned all calls promptly, showed up as scheduled, and did a beautiful job refinishing the tub. The amount of money it cost for the refinishing was significantly less than purchasing a new stand-alone tub and we get to keep and use an original fixture of our 1902 house. I would highly recommend resurfacing when possible and I'd recommend Keith to do it.

They are awesome. Their was a problem a little bit of bubbling. I called them and they were here the next morning and they were wonderful. They were clean, neat and their people are great. They were overall great.

After contacting Ultimate Reglaze by email, the owner Keith replied within an hour and after a conversation the next day we booked our appointment to be the next week.  Jared T, the son of the owner, performed the work and arrived on time, was very friendly and professional, and explained all the steps he would take.  He cleaned and sanded the shower, then applied coats of white and top-coats.   He was very careful to mask off and protect other areas and not to track anything through the house.  The fumes were vented outside through the bedroom window.  The work was done within 4 hours.  I was pleased that Jared arrived with different shades of white so that he could match the white of the toilet manufacturer.  Very pleased overall to be able to refinish and not have to replace the whole stall.

Keith showed up when he said he would, took the time to prep all of his work to protect the rest of the room and was careful about masking details so as not to get any glazing outside of the tub.

His work looked amazing when done. Like new! And he cleaned up everything and took it all with him.

Technician showed up at scheduled time, unloaded his equipment and materials nessesary to complete the refinish job.
He stripped the tub,sanded it,and applied the glazing product. The technician cleaned up all used materials(masking tape
and paper) that were used to protect the surfaces that were not reglazed.
I have used this company before, and will use them again. They are very knowledgeable about their product, and very thorough
with their workmanship.

They actually were great. They came in under their original estimate. They were in and out in one day. They were polite and clean. Everything was great. I would recommend them. The other quotes were way over priced for what I needed. The other people were fine. They were consistent with each other. They just did not suit my needs. You call them and they tell you it will be two weeks and they were here within a week and a half. So, that was really good. The quality was great. I should have done more research about the color, because the color was not what I expected. That was my fault because I did not get a sample of the color. They said that they could match the colors and so it is off a little bit. I should have requested a sample of the color that I had ordered. They were polite and informative. They did exactly what they said they would do. They came in under budget. They were polite and clean. The guy stayed on the phone with me and answered all of my questions. They were on time to the minute and they called me 15 minutes ahead of time to let me know that they would be on time and they were done when they said they would be done. Given how much work it was, I am not sure that I would make that choice.
